Floral Scents for Candles: Delicacy in Practice
Rose, freesia, violet, and clean cotton are compositions that are easy to ruin with exaggeration. Flowers work best when they are discernible but not overpowering, which is why precise dosing is more important in this family than in gourmands.
Wax Makes a Difference
Floral notes react more distinctly to the type of wax than heavy notes. In natural waxes, they sound softer; in paraffin, sharper and stronger. If you change the raw material, treat a previously tested composition as new and re-test it from scratch.
When Do They Sell Best?
Spring is the natural peak, but clean cotton and rose maintain demand throughout the year because they appeal to people looking for scents for the bedroom and bathroom. This family also works well for Mother's Day and wedding gifts.
Combining
Florals combine wonderfully with fruits and citruses, creating light spring compositions. With spicy notes, caution is needed as they can easily overpower. We include a complete set of documents required for the legal sale of finished products with each item.
