Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 30 days. If you wish to return your ordered products, please inform us by submitting a completed returns form or requesting a return through the store website. Shipping charges will be refunded if the entire order is returned. The cost of returning the order to the store is the responsibility of the buyer.

To return a purchased product, please complete and send the following form along with the returned product:

Log in to your account:

Enter your email address in the "Email" field, then click "Continue."
Open the email sent from our store in your email account and copy the six-digit verification code contained in the email.
Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
Click the order you wish to return.
If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.
Click "Submit Request." If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After returning the item, you will receive a refund.

COMPLAINTS

If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you can submit a complaint. To do so, contact us at sklep@topwosk.pl. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days. If your complaint is accepted, we will repair the defect or, if repair is not possible, replace the product with a defect-free one.

To file a complaint, please complete and submit the following form along with the product in question:
