All-year bestsellers

There are scents that are timeless. Clean cotton, lavender, coconut, rose, and vanilla sell just as well in July as they do in December, and these are the scents that should form the core offering of any candle workshop, regardless of what's happening on the calendar. In this collection, we have gathered 22 fragrance oils that consistently maintain demand in our sales data throughout the year.

For the creator, this is the safest starting point: the best-selling items in the store, with predictable sales, which can be produced without the risk of them lingering in storage after the season ends. If you are just building your offering, start here, and only then supplement it with seasonal collections. If you have been selling for a long time, it is always worth having these items in stock, because they finance seasonal experiments.

As throughout the store, with each product, you will find the recommended dosage for candles, tarts, and soaps, the flash point, and IFRA documentation with a list of allergens for the CLP label. All oils work in both natural and paraffin waxes.

Year-round fragrances: how to build a stable studio offer

Seasonal collections attract attention, but year-round fragrances pay the bills. Items with constant demand allow you to plan production in advance, buy raw materials in larger quantities, and avoid being left with stock that needs to be discounted after the season.

The principle of a core and seasonal additions

A proven offer structure consists of a permanent core and variable additions. The core is built by classics: clean cotton, lavender, coconut, rose, and vanilla, which are fragrances that customers recognize without explanation. Seasonal collections are built around them, attracting new customers and increasing sales at peak times, but they do not have to be in stock all year round.

How much to keep in stock

For items in this collection, it pays to maintain a safety stock, because the absence of a classic hurts more than the absence of a novelty. A good practice is to calculate consumption from the last three months and keep a supply for the next month of production, with a reserve for delivery time. For seasonal fragrances, such a reserve makes no sense, as demand ends with the season.

A safe start for a new studio

If you are just building your offer, start with three or four items from this collection, instead of buying a little of everything. Fewer fragrances mean fewer wick and dosing trials, faster achievement of repeatable quality, and simpler labeling. You will expand the collection when you know what sells in your channel.

Documentation without surprises

All essential oils in this collection have complete documentation: an IFRA certificate, a safety data sheet, and an allergen list for the CLP label. They work in both natural and paraffin waxes.
