Collective Terms and Conditions of the TopWosk Online Store

The following document organizes all regulations and rules applicable in the TopWosk online store, including the store regulations, account regulations, newsletter regulations and the terms of use of gift cards.

I. TOPWOSK ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

Specifying, among other things, the rules for concluding sales contracts through the store, containing the most important information about the Seller, the store and the rights of the Consumer.

§ 1 DEFINICJE

• Business days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Account – a free feature of the Store (a service provided electronically), regulated by separate terms and conditions, through which the Buyer can create an individual Account in the Store.
• Consumer – a Consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
• Buyer – any entity purchasing from the Store.
• Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions.
• Store – the TopWosk online store operated by the Seller at https://topwosk.pl.
• Seller – TOP WOSK PACIOREK I WĄŻ SPÓŁKA JAWNA with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. § 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. For the Store to function properly, you need:
   - A device with internet access
   - A web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies.
2. To place an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements specified in paragraph 1, an active email account is required.

§ 4 SHOPPING IN THE STORE

• Prices are total prices, including VAT.
• Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract.
• Purchases can be made with or without registration.

§ 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The Seller will refund all payments. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

§ 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, custom-made products, perishable products or products delivered in sealed packaging that has been opened..

Newsletter – free electronic service with information about offers and news.

§ 2 NEWSLETTER

Use is voluntary and requires providing an email address and confirming your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time..

§ 3 COMPLAINTS

Complaints should be submitted to the Seller's email address. They will be reviewed within 14 days.

§ 4 PERSONAL DATA

Provisions identical to § 10 of the Store Regulations.

§ 5 FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller may change the regulations for important reasons, informing subscribers 7 days in advance.

IV. GIFT CARDS REGULATIONS

§ 1 TERMS OF USE

• Gift cards have no expiration date.
• They can be used to purchase any product in the TopWosk store.
• The card balance can be used across multiple separate orders.
• Gift cards can be combined with discount codes.
• Multiple gift cards can be used in a single order.

§ 2 LIMITATIONS

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
• If you return items purchased with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the card.
• Gift cards cannot be combined with the "Buy More, Pay Less" program.

§ 3 SAFETY

• Gift cards are treated as cash.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
• Please keep your gift card code in a safe place.
