- Risk of food contamination: The silicone material is not certified for food contact.Precaution:Use the mold only for technical casting (wax, plaster, soap). Never prepare food products in it.
- Choking hazard: The product contains small parts or may be damaged by children.Precaution:Store the mold and finished castings out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
- Thermal hazard: When pouring hot wax, the mold may become very hot.Precaution:Do not move the mold immediately after pouring. Wait until the material has completely hardened.
- Risk of mechanical damage: Using sharp tools to remove the casts may cut the silicone.Precaution:Do not use knives or metal skewers inside the mold. Remove the molds by gently folding out the flexible edges.
Maintenance and storage
- The mold should be washed in warm water with mild detergent after each use.
- Store horizontally, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight (UV weakens the structure of silicone).
