Our wicks are used for making handmade candles from natural waxes, paraffin, stearin, paraffin gel, and for candle refills.
Application:Pour-over candles, free-standing candles

To use the wick, cut it to the desired length, then treat it with impregnation and attach it to the metal plate.
Choosing the right string:
- N12- burns a candle to a diameter of approx. 40 mm
- N15- burns a candle to a diameter of approximately 45 mm
- N18- burns a candle to a diameter of approximately 45 mm
- N21- burns a candle to a diameter of approx. 50 mm
- N24- burns a candle to a diameter of approx. 50 mm
- N27- burns a candle to a diameter of approx. 55 mm
- N30- burns a candle to a diameter of approx. 60 mm
- N33- burns a candle to a diameter of approx. 60 mm
The above values areapproximate.The tests were conducted on paraffin.It should be noted that the following also affect how a candle burns: the type of raw material, the amount of dyes/fragrance oils, the shape of the container, and the shape of the candle.
The difference between type N wicks and 3x... wicks lies in their different construction, weave, and the type of yarn used. Type N wicks are universal wicks, while type 3x... wicks are mainly used in table candles and pillar candles.
